Welcome to Canyon Falls Tree Works. By accessing our website or hiring us for tree services in Rapid City and the Black Hills region, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
Canyon Falls Tree Works provides professional tree care, including removal, pruning, plant health care, and emergency services. All work will be performed according to the specifications outlined in your written estimate and in accordance with ISA industry standards.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work is altered by the client or if unforeseen hazardous conditions are discovered upon commencement of the project.
Scheduling and Delays
Tree service is inherently dependent on weather conditions. While we strive to meet all scheduled appointments, Canyon Falls Tree Works reserves the right to delay or reschedule work due to severe weather, equipment failure, or emergency response obligations.
Property Access and Preparation
The client is responsible for providing clear access to the work area and removing fragile items (e.g., patio furniture, potted plants, vehicles) prior to our arrival. Canyon Falls Tree Works is not responsible for damage to hidden underground utilities (e.g., irrigation lines, invisible fences) unless clearly marked by the client prior to work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Liability and Insurance
Canyon Falls Tree Works is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property; however, we are not liable for unavoidable minor landscape disruptions (e.g., sawdust, minor lawn indentations) inherent to heavy tree work.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota.
